Large store..well stocked.Friendly staff

So to my delight of spending 125 on a not very big shop, we rock up at the till and had the most frosty faced and stubborn cashier named Ollie who thought he was going for a gold medal in the Olympics scanning items quicker than Usain bolt can run 100m, whilst we are trying to pack items he was pretty much throwing them on top of the bags we were trying to pack! Upon him pretty much flinging the items we finally heard him talk when he asked for money and questioned us on how many bags for life we used, which if he took his face away from the scanner he would of been able to count What a disgusting way to treat paying customers safe to say you won't be taking any ore of my money again may aswell go Tesco least they say hello!!!

First time in this store and lovely staff, very helpful and polite directed me straight to where I needed to go. Wish I'd caught her name when I asked for the E45 cream, beautiful store great service 10/10

Me and my sister always visit the cafe here when I come to see her. The food is always reasonably priced and there is a good choice of kids options each time. The staff are usually friendly and helpful and I like that it is a relaxed atmosphere, with the kids with us its always nice not to worry if one has a meltdown. My sisters little boy has special needs and the relaxed environment is always welcome to us.The review would be 5 stars if it wasnt for the problems we seen to encounter most times with the till. This time my sisters card apparently broke the till which the lady on shift told her off for. Fair enough if it werent for the fact this then happened to two other customers so clearly wasnt my sisters fault. When trying to then repay on my card the lady on the till almost overcharged us and seemed to feel this was again our fault. All other staff were friendly and helpful and in the end someone took over on the till. It would have been nice to not feel like we were inconveniencing her by ordering food in a cafe though! Kids enjoyed their lunches though!

Store is fine; as you would expect. I however had the unfortunate experience of the cafe. I wasnt expecting a huge amount of hospitality but I was expecting not to be grunted at by the woman at the till when she hadnt heard what I had said. They didnt have half of the childrens menu and the tables were not clean. Will not be returning.
