Incredibly friendly group in an incredible setting. Crossfit done Cornish style. This box is in a barn but what a well kitted out barn it is. Being remote the music can pump out loud and the big barn door can be swung open. For locals and visitors alike. Everyone is welcome. Love this place and has become an integral part of my routine.
