went there yesterday as me and my partner were looking for a new snorkelling set, the lady was extremely accommodating and helpful. went through differences and helped us find what worked best for us highly recommended will use again!!
Been there numerous times to potentially buy watersports clothing and find they are quite happy to sell you something that's you know doesn't fit you as well as making out you don't know what your talking about regarding sizing. I also found they get a bit arsey when they have to go into the warehouse to get different sizes , but if I'm paying 500 for a dry suit I will try on as many as I like , I don't think these people realise that's what happens in a shop, .And what is it with older gentleman that comes into the shop floor and just stands and stares at people. Though to be fair the young guy who runs the bicycle side of things is outstanding , very knowledgeable and always had time for his customers even if only looking, Sham the rest of the team couldn't take some customer relation tips off him
Lots of choice and very patient staff. Spent over an hour trying on and choosing a wetsuit, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. A veritable Aladin's cave of watersports, running and triathlon kit.
Received waterproof phone cover with the lanyard missing, contacted the office and spoke to Julie who was very very rude and kept repestinging herself, not helpful at all, disgraceful attitude and customer service. Don't buy from these, apalling .
Staff were not terribly friendly or approachable. I was after a swimming wetsuit and mentioned I had worn them before, yet they came across as rather patronising throughout the whole process. Credit where credit is due; they are pretty well stocked.
